The ferryboat does the sea freight between Porto Santa Margherita and Caorle, offering turists a different and fast way to reach both towns, which are separated by Livenza river. Botter family runs this service for over thirty years. The mooring in Caorle is on the west extreme of the coast, and the one in Porto Santa Margherita is near the port, on the east side.

The ferryboat can carry both pedestrians and cars, offering turists without car a peculiar and easy way to reach both towns. During the summer , it is open everyday from 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m, and from 2.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m/11.00 p.m.
