BIKE ROUTES IN CAORLE
| | A few, simple instructions to use these bike routes. Apart from the first one, which takes place around the city and to the lagoon, the other routes take place outside Caorle. Every route has a precise kilometric distance and a point of departure (km 0), situated in the large square opposite the Stadium. Here there are parking where you can leave your car and we are near to the two roads that go out from Caorle.
The routes are not difficult, there are no rise to get past and you will often reach parks, gardens and bars where you can have a break. We recommend you to pay attention when on traffic-congested stretch of road, which are well-marked on the bike routes. The country around Caorle is very nice and people are friendly and disposed to talk.
We would like to give you some advise.
The first one is to plan some break in the country taverns,which bear witness to past; the second one is to widen the acquaintance of the territory with the aid of a map you can buy in a newspaper kiosk. | Click on route number to see more information about it: 1° Route - The tour of Caorle, between the old town centre and the lagoon (Km 17)
2° Route - Caorle - Porto S. Margherita - Brian and return throught the countryside of Ca' Corniani (Km 17)
3° Route - Caorle - Ca' Corniani - Ca' Cottoni - La Salute di Livenza - Ottava Presa and back (21 Km or Km 41)
4° Route - Caorle - San Gaetano - Marango and back (Km 22)
5° Route - Caorle - Duna Verde - Eraclea Mare (Km 34)
6° Route - We visit Valley Vecchia and Brussa
